Enquiries and accounts

We collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, optional phone number, message and bike information, to answer your request, arrange work or discuss a purchase. We store enquiries and their status, and send notifications to the Banks team. A receipt may be sent to your email address.

Customer accounts can contain your bikes, rider information, setup notes, service history and messages. Access is controlled by the account and record permissions. Do not include identification documents, payment card details, banking passwords or sensitive financial documents in a general enquiry.

Website measurement and saved choices

The website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for measurement and advertising attribution. These services may use cookies and device information under their own policies. A random browser-session identifier, page visits and campaign source are recorded for website performance reporting, without recording an IP address or precise location in that reporting record. A successful enquiry can be linked to that session. An enquiry can also retain campaign information, the referring website and landing page so Banks can understand which marketing leads to useful enquiries. We do not deliberately include your enquiry name, email, phone number or message in analytics events.

Saved preferences from earlier visits, email-offer dismissal and signup state can be stored locally. You can remove these by clearing site data in your browser. Browser settings and blocking tools can limit cookies or third-party measurement.

Email offers are separate

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email. Offers signups use a separate opt-in and store the consent disclosure and time. Unsubscribe by emailing daniel@banksmx.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”, or use the option supplied in a campaign.

Providers and disclosure

The website uses Base44 for hosting and application services, email delivery services for communication, and Stripe for enabled online payments. These providers, and analytics providers, may process information outside Australia. Payment card information is entered through the payment provider rather than an enquiry form. Finance information is not automatically submitted to a lender by the initial enquiry form.

Access, correction and concerns

Email daniel@banksmx.com to request access, correction or deletion of information, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records needed for transactions, service history, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. We will explain any limits that apply to a request.
