Your suspension, safely to Banks
Pack it right.
We’ll handle the setup.

Workshop delivery address
Send to Banks.
Include your name and booking reference inside the package. This is a workshop address, not a prepaid shipping label.
Before you hand it to the carrier.
Confirm your booking
Wait for Banks to confirm the work, timing and freight arrangements. If we have already spoken, include that in your booking.
Clean and protect
Clean and dry the outside. Wrap each component separately, protect adjusters and exposed surfaces, and pad both ends. Keep assemblies intact; do not drain, dismantle or release pressure for shipping without specific instructions.
Pack securely
Use a sturdy box or suitable protective case with firm padding and no movement inside. Do not let fork legs and the shock touch. Check your carrier accepts the packed components and ask about cover.
Include your details
Place your booking reference, name, phone, bike details and required work inside the package. Label the outside with the confirmed delivery address and your return details.
Use tracked freight
Keep photographs of the packed components and your tracking number. Email the tracking number to Banks with your booking reference. Return freight and its cost are agreed separately.
What goes in the box?
Your booking reference, name, contact details, bike make/model/year, requested work and return address. The packing slip offered after booking contains these details; your receipt email can also be printed.
When will it be back?
Our standard turnaround is one week from arrival for booked-in service and setup work. Allow extra time for freight each way. Repairs needing additional parts or approval may take longer; we will confirm any change with you.
Return freight and costs are agreed with you. A required race date should be raised before dispatch.
