Does one week include freight?
No. One week is the standard workshop turnaround from arrival for booked-in service and setup work. Freight to and from Banks takes additional time. Extra parts or approval can extend the job; we will confirm any change with you.
Should I book before posting my suspension?
Yes. Send a booking request first, even if we have already spoken. Wait for Banks to confirm the work and timing before dispatch. Your receipt contains a reference, packing guidance and contact details.
How much will the work and freight cost?
We confirm the scope and price for your components and the return-freight arrangements by email. Parts, spring changes and upgrades are discussed separately. There is no payment at this booking stage and no unapproved extra work.
Do I need to know my suspension brand or exact setup?
No. Your bike make, model and year give us a starting point. Add any known suspension modifications in the comments. For a setup, tell us what you want to improve; Banks will work through the details with you.
Can I send forks, a shock, or both?
Yes. Choose the components in the booking form. Pack components separately inside the same sturdy outer package where suitable, so they cannot strike one another. Keep assemblies intact and follow your carrier’s requirements.
What if I have a race or ride coming up?
Add the date you need the suspension back. We will check whether workshop time and freight can meet it before you send anything. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery date.
